At Sanurian Art, we take pride in offering authentic handcrafted Balinese art, jewellery, fashion and artisan products carefully sourced from skilled artisans and family workshops in Bali. We want you to enjoy and love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges for change of mind may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned:
- In original, unused and unworn condition
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase and any documents provided with the order
Items which have been personalised, custom-made, altered, damaged after delivery, or unsealed for hygiene or product integrity reasons cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. Gift recipients are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
This policy applies in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Sanurian Art acknowledges that certain consumer rights apply when purchasing products in Australia, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights available under the ACL. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where products are faulty, damaged, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.
Handmade & Artisan Products
Many Sanurian Art products are individually handcrafted by Balinese artisans. Slight variations in colour, texture, stone appearance, hand-finishing, carving details, fabric pattern placement or natural materials may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness and character of handmade artisan products, rather than faults or defects.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our Client Support team at support@sanurian.com or use the form below with your order number and reason for return.
- A Sanurian Art representative will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions.
- Package the item(s) carefully with tags attached in original packaging, including proof of purchase.
- Once received, your return will undergo a quality assessment.
If the returned item meets our return conditions, your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed accordingly.
Refunds & Shipping
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days following inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as Sanurian Art is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
