Sanurian Art ships authentic handcrafted Balinese products from Cairns, Queensland, Australia. We offer domestic shipping throughout Australia and international shipping to selected countries worldwide.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship via Australia Post with live shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Parcel Post (Standard)

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location. Metro areas typically receive deliveries faster than regional or remote areas.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. International orders are shipped via Australia Post International services.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on:
- Delivery address
- Total weight of your order
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)
The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@sanurian.com with your order number and we will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
Sanurian Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, customs processing or events beyond our control.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sanurian.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
For parcels lost in transit, we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post and work with you to resolve the issue.
