Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship across Australia via Australia Post (Parcel Post and Express Post) with live rates calculated at checkout. We also ship to selected international destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Are your products authentic and handmade?
Many of our products are handcrafted by Balinese artisans using traditional techniques and natural materials passed through generations of skilled craftspeople.
Will handmade items look exactly the same as the photos?
As many products are individually handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, stone appearance or finishing may naturally occur. These variations are part of the unique artisan character of each item and are not considered defects.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic standard delivery takes 3-8 business days and Express Post takes 1-3 business days after dispatch. International orders take 7-21 business days. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to conditions. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All payments are processed securely and we never store your card details.
How can I contact Sanurian Art about my order?
You can reach our support team anytime at support@sanurian.com. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
Do you accept custom or bespoke orders?
We are happy to discuss custom requests where possible. Please contact us with details of what you have in mind and we will let you know if we can create something special for you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. We can add gift wrapping to your order for a small additional fee. Simply leave a note at checkout requesting gift wrapping and we will take care of the rest.
How should I care for handmade items?
We recommend keeping silver jewellery dry and storing it in a soft pouch when not worn. For textiles and batiks, hand wash in cool water with mild detergent and dry flat. Specific care tips are included with each product where applicable.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
We welcome wholesale enquiries from boutiques and retailers. Please email our team with details of the products and quantities you are interested in and we will provide a quote.
